Meriton Suites Sussex Street

It was my first time in Sydney, and I chose Meriton over a traditional hotel, opting for a suite instead, which was definitely the right decision. My child had plenty of space to play in the 700 sq ft area, unlike a small hotel room. Although it doesn't offer traditional hotel services, the Meriton staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you need anything, like coffee or toiletries, you can simply scan a QR code and have them delivered to your room, which is super convenient. No wonder Meriton is expanding so rapidly!

I've stayed at this brand in many locations, and every room has been great—luxurious, clean, and spacious. My only complaint is that they provide tiny tubes of toiletries, so I always have to ask for more. Also, they don't offer daily housekeeping for stays under four nights. Overall, it's good, but the price is quite high.

Everything was good. The location is a bit far out but still convenient, and it's very quiet. The staff were all excellent. It's clean, though you can tell it's a bit older, but the price is reasonable and acceptable.

Great location and well-equipped facilities. The room was lovely and spacious. My only minor gripe is with the duvet cover style – I've never quite gotten used to how some European and American hotels do it, even though it's common.

The view from the window is great, and its downtown location makes it very convenient to walk across the bridge to see the Saturday fireworks and visit museums. It's also close to other famous city center landmarks. If you're staying with a few friends, I think the room price is quite reasonable.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent. Just a 200-meter walk downstairs takes you to the beach where there are plenty of food options. You can also go for a run along the beach in the morning. It's a very comfortable place to stay.
