Meriton Suites Sussex Street

The hotel is tidy and the front desk is very helpful and friendly. We only stay for a night but they let us store our luggages for two days and stay at their lobby during midnight.

This place was immaculate, front desk staff were extremely friendly, I can honestly say it’s the best place we’ve stayed in years.

It's like home away from home. I loved that the room we booked has kitchenette and laundry facilities. We were able to save a lot from baggage fees as we packed light and just did the laundry everyday for clean clothes.

Booked three rooms in total: 2 rooms with a queen size bed and 1 room with two single beds. The cleanliness of the rooms with queen size bed were not the best– lots of drain flies in one of the bathroom and not the cleanest; view was nice (on the 18th and 23th floor). On the other hand, the cleanliness of the room with two single beds was great and room looked newer for some reason; no view + gloomy at 5th floor. Other than that, all 3 rooms were very spacious and well-equipped (except that there isn't any hand wash and we had to purchase from convenience store). Location was great– walking distance to almost all the tourist attractions. Front desk was friendly and helpful as well. Overnight parking was a tad pricey.
