The first room I had smelled of **** but the chap on reception was very helpful and changed my room immediately I complained. The restaurant was chaos and the food took so long to arrive. The one saving factor was Nahal who was behind the bar, checking in visitors on reception and bringing the food out. She was so busy and rescued the kitchen massively and was the one chasing the kitchen for customer meals. Without her I would have asked for my money back (meal deal) and gone somewhere else. One person running reception, bar and being a KP is madness. Thank goodness for Nahal
