This hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and restaurant, is filled with various artifacts. No wonder it's called the Museum Hotel! I highly recommend having dinner at Lila; their tasting menu is fantastic, especially the wedding soup and the main course. The lamb, in particular, was superb with no ***** taste at all. Breakfast on the terrace is also a must-try. Although there might be some flying insects, you get to sample a wide array of Turkish breakfast items.

The hotel's reception, service, breakfast and scenery are all great. It's great to watch the hot air balloon at sunrise over the swimming pool. It's the best hotel in the area and is worth experiencing.

A friend came to visit me, and the hotel mentioned that prior notice must be given to the staff. I apologize for not informing them in advance. The female supervisor insisted that my friend leave immediately, which was very upsetting. It's disappointing that such a high-end hotel treated its guests in such an impolite and uncomfortable manner. However, the other staff members were very friendly. I hope the supervisor can regain her smile and manners. Aside from that, the museum hotel is highly recommended!

This is the best hotel in Cappadocia! The rooms are clean, and both the soft and hard furnishings are great. The amenities are good too. The breakfast terrace offers a fantastic view, especially at sunrise when hot air balloons fill the sky. Guests need to book in advance.

I can tell this was the best hotel i have ever been ! It was very clean The staff were unbelievably friendly and professional, We had out wedding there and they took a super care of us , the gust manager Mrs, Arzu was like the most responsible and hard working person i have ever seen , she did things that i am sure was not a part of her duty , the hotel architecture was wonderful, the food were delicious. Definitely I would go back ! And strongly I recommend this hotel .

The castle-like cave was truly magnificent! The hotel's landscape design was high-end and sophisticated, and the service of this top-tier luxury hotel was impeccable. The manager personally guided us on a tour and provided explanations. Everywhere we looked, there were antique collections—it truly lived up to its name as a museum hotel. Turtles lined the path to welcome us, and peacocks displayed their magnificent plumage in a show of welcome. The taps in our cave room dispensed red and white wine—we enjoyed them to our hearts' content! Dinner was at the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant, and afterwards, we watched the sunset from the large terrace—a breathtaking experience. Breakfast was also amazing; three handsome men and beautiful women served the two of us—a perfect way to enjoy life!
