Not an actual Marriott property. There is no lobby so you have to coordinate with a lady to provide keys. I booked for me and my team for canton fair but there is no lobby neither transportation to the fair because it is not an actual Marriott.

This is my second time staying here. And to be honest, it has been better then the first. Room is same but better. Check in and communication is smooth. The room has all I need in amenities. Cleaning service is great. Only thing I would say is finding the office for checkin on 18th floor can be hard for someone first time. Other then that, I’ve been pleased with my stay here.

Reception on the 18th floor is not the best experience. The hotel name looks good but it is an apartment with owner and rented out by the day. Receptionist is in a messy and untidy room. Wifi is slow and not working well. Not convenient to get to by train, far from the station and the sidewalk is rough. If you carry luggage, it is not good at all. The room is old and very old, really old (not like in the picture). The balcony behind the room is dirty. The bathroom is dirty. It is a waste of money to book. The price is expensive compared to the quality. The owner should improve the quality to be worth the price.

Was really hard to find and staff was unfriendly. It's a serviced apartment at the back of Vaperse hotel and you need access to the 18th floor where you check in. You have to call them via Wechat to ask because the ground floor guard and staff will not let you up. We probably wouldn't have known if we didn't bump into another person trying to check in.
Washer is outside in the balcony. Room could be cleaner. Otherwise, location was good.

Wrong impression!! Dirty and messy office ( wouldn't call reception) where you can get the room key in a small hole next to the lift. No English, of course. No room service.
