The place is relatively near to World Trade Center and Sunway Putra Mall, about 3-5min walk, which was why I booked a room here. The room is big and spacious, however the room was dirty, towels were stained and has holes in them. There were also stains on the wall and one of the power points was damaged. Pillow was too soft and had 0 support, it was really difficult to sleep well. When I was checking in as well, they require a RM200 deposit, which was not stated beforehand, without sufficient cash, I had to do a online bank transfer which I honestly doubt I will get my money back since you need to do a refund form and wait 30 days. The walls are super thin so you will be woken up by loud neighbours in the middle of the night if you are a light sleeper, not to mention the sound of doors slamming. Should have checked out Google reviews (2.6 out of 5) before booking.

Close proximity to PWTC LRT station and Chow Kit monorail station. Staff is helpful and friendly with the check in. Place is clean with facilities..

I stayed for just one night and everything was super smooth. The reception team was really helpful during check-in and even walked me to my unit. The room was clean and comfy, and the dining table was nicely set with plates and utensils. All the amenities were complete too. Thank you for the lovely stay!”

The room is adequately spacious and contains a washing machine, oven, water purifier, fridge, utensils and cleaning materials (for the utensils). Everything is neat and clean. The view out of the window is top-notch.

The best place to be rest2 with someone special with a big room and space....near the chow kit...parking available but the security not be firendly...must improve it...must respect the guest...

I would say it’s really bad, not convenient to stay there. Time wasting a lot and frustrater to the security door problem and check in time is very long. Definitely not recommended.
