We were very disappointed with our stay, even considering this is a budget franchised hotel. The female receptionist was consistently impolite during check-in. We had six separate bookings made through Trip.com, but only the booking numbers and PINs were not accepted for check-in, which caused unnecessary hassle. While we understand the need for one ID per room for registration, the receptionist's communication style was unprofessional and needs significant improvement. The widespread disappointment among guests due to her demeanor was palpable. As for the hotel itself, given its low cost, don't expect a soft or comfortable bed. Expect the rude receptionist instead.
