I love the location, it's really in the middle of the city. You can join car free day every Sunday in the main road close to the hotel.

Good hotel and they share all the facilities with novotel hotel next to. But the reception a lil bit confusing about explaining where to go to the gym. Room are spacious, the exhaust fan in bathroom very well so no more wet floor. For food in room the noodle & crepes was good, but the tom yum a lil bit under expectation.

Location is OK. Aircon was not working well. Noisy. Check out process were slow (during payment process). Seems understaffing

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable enough. Location was excellent and close to Restaurants, Pura Mangkunegaran. Recommended for a clean and good value hotel.
