I booked connecting rooms for four nights, originally one king and one twin, but they gave me two king rooms, saying they had no other availability for the weekend. I just asked for an extra blanket since the duvet was a bit thick and I got a little warm sleeping. The location is very convenient, right across from QVB. The soundproofing in the room was a bit poor. I didn't order breakfast, but everything else was good.

Location is superb,next to QVB and walking distance to most attractions in CBD areas and Chinatown. Breakfast was great with varieties of food. Swimming pool and gym are fantastic. Parking is just below the hotel and accessible by car park lift to the lobby.

The indoor swimming pool feels very dated, small, and lacking the inviting atmosphere you’d expect from a premium hotel. Furthermore, the daily breakfast buffet was a major letdown; it lacked variety and served the exact same options every single morning, making it quite repetitive. While the service was pleasant, the aging amenities and uninspired dining left us feeling rather disappointed. Excellent base for exploring, but needs a refresh.

Beyond its great location, there's really not much else positive to say. The room was incredibly old, and there was no bottled water provided. I booked a suite, but the window was tiny. Service was practically nonexistent; the turndown service consisted of just two chocolates. Moving here from another hotel was a significant letdown.
