이곳에 여러 번 묵었는데 항상 좋은 경험이었습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되고 친절했습니다. 특히 프런트 데스크의 Rahul은 항상 웃으며 당면한 모든 문제를 도와줄 준비가 되어 있고 모든 게스트 요구 사항을 충족해 주었습니다. : 세탁, 음식, 짐 ***** 그와 함께 있는 그의 팀은 항상 매우 도움이 됩니다.. 거의 매달 뭄바이에 있는 만큼 저는 계속 꽃을 피우게 될 것입니다. 계속해서 좋은 일을 하세요.

The worst experience ever! Biggest mistake- paying upfront. As soon as we walked in, a whiff of urine greeted us. The stay was supposed to be with breakfast but then they decided that they will serve in the room. Upon complaining, they sorted that out. Housekeeping is a nightmare! After the second day, the housekeeping did not show up and upon requesting them, they left two towels and an unmade bed and they say that they cleaned the place. The photo attached is how they made the bed! The housekeeping staff that came on the 3rd of April ( we checked in on the 1st of April) was obviously not trained. He did not know how to make a bed, clean the bathroom or even wash a cup! And we paid more than 35000 for this place! Unbelievable.

Pillows and bed were very comfortable. Shower was great. Staff were exceptional . Very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant across the road for dinner - Estella. Looks over beach and safe walk. If you are a breakfast person you will miss having an in-house restaurant . Location is okay but you will need to book a driver did siteseeing as not in tour bus Pick up area. It was perfect for me. And having a local trusted guide and driver was affordable and much better than tour bus

Great location and amazing very helpful staff! Was able to secure early check in (Thanks to Aryan for his help and friendly nature). Did not get a chance ti try the breakfast but will definitely do next time. Also stayed here in Feb 2022 and had a similar experience then as well!

Decent and budget friendly hotel. Rooms were decent with respect to price. Breakfast is good too. Plus point is the location and staff which makes ur stay perfect. The hotel does not have inhouse restaurant but they have a cafe which is decent enough. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

The place is perfect and budget friendly. Location is perfect for one who wants to stay at the center of the city. Juhu beach is a walk away. Rooms were clean and neat. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent but more variety is needed. Overall great stay.
