I will always love this 10-year-old restaurant
I found this 10-year-old Jiangwei Lobster Restaurant in Nanshan. It has been on the "Must-Eat List" for 7 consecutive years. You can eat Naked Blue Lobster all year round. It's the perfect spot for a late-night hangout with friends with great vibes🔥
Founded in 2016, this restaurant specializes in crayfish, hairy crab, and bullfrog. The founder traveled across the country, blending Hubei-style braised, Jiangsu 13-spice, and Hunan spicy cooking methods to create their signature flavored crayfish. Most importantly, they have live crayfish all year round and insist on cooking with live, not frozen, crayfish.
⚠️Two quick tips:
· It gets busy during meal times, so arrive early⏰—As a 10-year-old "Must-Eat List" restaurant, queuing during late-night hours is normal. We recommend going during off-peak hours or arriving early.
· Open until 3:00 AM🌙—They are open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 AM, so don't worry about missing out during lunch, and it's a great spot for late-night cravings.
🔥Must-order list, you can't go wrong:
🦞Signature Naked Blue Lobster—Made with Australian blue lobster, no longer seasonal, you can eat it 365 days a year! The meat is plump and firm, with a variety of flavors to choose from. It's served peeled, with plenty of meat, making it very satisfying.
🥘Old-jar ginger bullfrog—The fresh and spicy flavor really stands out. The frog meat is tender and flavorful, and the broth is rich and gets better the more you cook it, perfect with rice. The young ginger comes from Xiba Ancient Town in Leshan, Sichuan, and is pickled in traditional old jars—you won't find this anywhere else.
🍗Charcoal-grilled goose wings—Infused with a smoky charcoal aroma, the skin is crispy, and the meat is firm. It's very flavorful and a must-order for late-night snacks.
🌶Stir-fried aorta—Full of "wok hei" (smoky flavor), the aorta is crispy and chewy, spicy and flavorful, with a real kick in every bite.
The restaurant is open until 3:00 AM. It's a 50m walk from Exit H of Nanshan Station on Metro Lines 11 and 12. There are large tables available, making it suitable for group dinners and small late-night gatherings.
📸Best photo tip: Take a picture while the Naked Blue Lobster is hot and freshly peeled. A full plate of lobster meat looks great even without filters📷
