10/10 for the price, staff and all. Unfortunately the surrounding streets to get to the hotel does have a large amount of homeless, they do keep to themselves. And the road leading to the hotel was uneven when dragging the suitcase in some parts. Good location, everything is walkable and quiet

Close to Shin Imamiya Station, train to airport. Close to playground and marts. Feel local even as it is in a local community. Self-check in, all clean and hygiene. After check out, belongings can be left at the property only until 15.00. Overall, great.

I’ve booked this place twice. Overall, the experience was nice, but during my second stay, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the 6th floor (previously, I stayed on the 4th floor). I went to the front desk to complain, and they fixed it the next day. However, the signal was still quite weak, so the speed wasn’t as good as on the other floors. On the bright side, the room on the 6th floor (single loft) was more spacious, so it felt like a trade-off.

I didn’t manage to come, I read the reviews too late, but apparently the location is full of drunk men, and homeless people, hence why I missed it, didn’t feel safe enough to go as a woman.

This place is very neat. Although is quite far from the supermarket. But the train station is near. 8 minutes to donqi. And i love the room so much. Very clean and spacious. The price beats it all

Even though the accommodation is new and has good facilities, the surrounding environment is quite poor. There are homeless people, intoxicated individuals, and ongoing construction by workers. Some amenities require additional charges. The room walls are quite thin—you can hear people walking or noises from neighboring rooms clearly. If I had known it would be like this, I would not have chosen to stay here. This will be my first and last stay, and I would not recommend it to my friends, as it feels unsafe when walking back to the accommodation. There are no nearby convenience stores. If you want to eat at night, you have to walk about 800 meters to 1 kilometer just to find a convenience store. The only thing I appreciate is that the bathroom is clean.

The room was nice, enough space to open luggage etc, come with 1 type c and 1 usb plug. 2 bathroom and 2 toilet on my floor for female, the washer and dryer is available at lv1. The bathroom got a little messy on 2 of those night i stayed, prolly because the other ppl stayed there didn't throw papers nicely. It was not cleaned for a night or 2. Tho hotel was not bad, but the location is slightly unsafe, as the route from donbutusen-mae need to go through small dark alleys. From JR wise, its just one route, but left right has no shops open starting evening, with constrcution sites plus a factory-looking place. Will be ok if you are not a solo traveller imo!
