BAKURO - DOYANEN HOTELS

The room is small but very clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The only thing that didn't quite convince me was the location. I was asked for money three times on my five-minute walk to the station, but obviously, the hotel isn't to blame for that; it's just for informational purposes!

I was a bit worried about the safety of the surrounding area, but I had no issues walking alone at night as a woman. This time, I booked a triple room, a quad room, and a single room. All were good, although the triple room felt a little cramped. It's affordable, close to the station, and convenient for getting anywhere. You can take the JR to Universal Studios, the subway to the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, the Nankai line to the airport, and even walk to Spa World and Shinsekai. I had a very comfortable stay.

During our entire stay in Osaka, we chose this hotel, and it perfectly met our needs. First, it was affordable. Second, it was conveniently located for transportation. Third, it was close to many tourist attractions. Even though there were some residents around, they weren't a problem for us. It was also very convenient to walk to Lawson or the supermarket.

I chose this hostel for my solo 3-day, 2-night trip to Osaka, opting for a private room with a shared bathroom. My room had its own toilet, which had a really unique design; when you flush, water flows over the top so you can wash your hands, and that water is then stored to flush the toilet again. It was my first time seeing such a design. As for the shared facilities, the 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors are for women, and the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors are for men, but this only applies to the showers, not the accommodations themselves. My room was on the third floor, but both men and women were staying on it. There were about ten rooms per floor, but only one shared bathroom. I waited over two hours just to take a shower! If I stay here again, I'll definitely avoid peak shower times.

I stayed in a single room this time, and it was actually pretty good. However, I'm quite lazy when it comes to climbing stairs, so if you don't like stairs, you can book a double room 😆. The water pressure was also really good, which is a big plus. There are also many other DOYANEN HOTEL options nearby. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I visit! 👍🏻

The price is affordable and the staff are friendly! It's also close to the station, so it's the best value for money when visiting Osaka. This is my second time staying here!
