체크인 카운터에 줄이 길었습니다. 직원들은 손님 수에 압도당했습니다. 직원들은 무례하고 스트레스를 많이 받았습니다. 제공되는 서비스 수준에 매우 실망했습니다. 보증금 수령까지 영업일 기준 7~10일이 소요됩니다. 객실 크기는 사진보다 작습니다. 공간이 매우 좁을 것으로 예상됩니다. 많은 손님을 수용할 수 있는 엘리베이터가 두 대밖에 없습니다. 상하차가 오래 걸릴 것으로 예상됩니다. 전반적으로 추천하지 않습니다.

저는 이 호텔에 머물면서 끔찍한 경험을 했습니다. 서비스가 매우 형편없었고, 특히 체크인할 때 그랬습니다. 도착하기 30분 전에 담당자에게 알렸는데도 방 열쇠를 받는 데만 한 시간 이상 걸렸습니다. 고객 서비스에 연락한 후에도 저를 도와주지 않고 전화를 끊었습니다. 아무도 책임을 지지 않았고 사과도 없었습니다. 직원들 사이에서 비난만 떠넘겼습니다. 위치도 또 다른 큰 문제입니다. 이 호텔은 엘리베이터가 두 대밖에 운행되지 않고 항상 사람이 많습니다. 체크아웃을 위해 엘리베이터에 오르는 데만 30분을 기다려야 했습니다. 가장 최악이었던 것은 청결 상태였습니다. 절대 용납할 수 없었습니다. 피 얼룩이 묻은 수건을 발견했는데, 정말 역겹고 비위생적이었습니다. 이 호텔을 예약하지 말 것을 강력히 권합니다. 스트레스를 덜 받고 다른 곳에서 더 나은 옵션을 찾아보세요!

we have a good good view after wake up, so beautiful the room a bit smelly it is from the toilet actually. the hot water is good. but the lift really slow

What can I say, I was lucky to use trip.com to book this place and got it for only rm70 per night…. I’ve been staying here for several times and mostly paid for around rm 100 per night or more if it’s peak season…. There’s a nice roof top pool with jacuzzi and a gym plus a common work area…. I really like the sauna and it’s easy access to mrt and nu sentral mall…. As it’s located in KL sentral , going anywer in KL by mrt is just so convenient and nearby….. the rooms are clean and full of all amenities including a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, iron board, stove, fridge, hair dryer and all cutleries and kitchen utensils…. Very well managed air bnb property I must say

Location is brilliant. An easy 5-10 minutes walk to LRT / Monorail station. Has a brilliant view of the KL side if you get the correct side of the building. Lift was a bit slow due to too many floors so it can get busy and slow during peak hours. Had issue during check in as the operator claimed that their staff had emergency so no one was there. Had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come check me in. Room has all basic amnesties. Suggest to provide drinking water or at least filtered water in the room. The room is as per picture in advertisement.
