Good place, we thought that it will be very small and not as cool as another hotels, but it was pretty much better, then expected

Room wise it’s good as the hotel is v new. But somehow, the attitude of the staff seems a tad lukewarm. Doesn’t feel warm nor welcoming and somehow lack enthusiasm. Perhaps new on the job. As for housekeeping, needs to be more prompt. We had to remind front desk to have our room cleaned and our friends came back after a day tour with their room uncleaned - when asked to service, staff did a not so satisfactory job. I guess more training is needed

There was no electricity when we arrived. All switches buttons didn't work for a long time. We had to call the reception to use the buttons. They made something without coming to my room. Then all switches work. Also, another my family room ceiling light wouldn't turn on or off. They slept like that all night because they were so tired. When I called reception in the morning, they said it was controlled from below. I don't know what they control from below to make the buttons work. They didn't have to go to the room to fixed it. Everything was controlled from one place and there were many problems in the room because they didn't check it carefully.

Easy check in. Clean and organized. Excellent breakfast. Budget friendly. Safe and kind staff. Near to locations like Cho Han Market etc.
