Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu

I checked into the Sheraton Aoyuan late at night, and surprisingly, there were still quite a few people at the front desk. However, the overall check-in efficiency and service attitude were excellent. The front desk staff were very nice; even though there were no king rooms left, they proactively upgraded my room type, which was a great experience. The upgraded room offered a fantastic view. Although it was a city view, I happened to catch it after a rain shower, and it looked beautiful. The room was also very spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Before I headed upstairs, the staff even gave me extra bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch. When I checked out the next afternoon, I took a little extra time to pack, but the hotel didn't rush me. The overall service felt just right – warm without being intrusive, providing all the necessary care. The bathtub in the room was large, and the bathing experience was very comfortable. What impressed me most was the shower room; I'm not sure if it was my imagination, but it felt like there was underfloor heating, which was incredibly pleasant underfoot. That detail really added to the experience. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, especially the service, room spaciousness, and bathroom experience, all of which I was very satisfied with.

The room was very clean, and we were upgraded to a suite, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was also delightful. Great views!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to a shopping mall and surrounded by numerous restaurants and snack options. The hotel itself is clean, with a sophisticated and stylish decor. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. It's a quick 10-minute taxi ride to Chimelong Safari Park, less than 4km away. A great perk is the complimentary luggage storage for up to a month for hotel guests. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

The hotel has a great location, close to Teemall. The lobby and rooms are also nicely decorated. The front desk staff were very polite and upgraded my room for free. It's definitely worth staying here again.

The room was spacious and bright, with a beautiful view from the high floor. The bathroom was large and well-equipped, even having a clothesline. The hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly!

I stayed in a suite a few years ago and specifically booked one again this time. To my surprise, the suite this time was just like an executive room. Speechless! With such limited space, how can it be called a suite? We even stopped holding discussions in the room later on.
