Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Chimelong, Guangzhou South Railway Station, and also very close to the outlet mall. There's ample parking, and the overall environment is spacious and grand with a great design style. The service was warm and attentive; when my mother-in-law sprained her ankle, the staff promptly brought ice and Yunnan Baiyao. They also helped deliver takeout to our room whenever needed. The breakfast was delicious, and my child loved it. The kids' club on the fifth floor was a hit with my child. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Guangzhou.

Overall, it was pretty good. The location is super convenient, and the view is absolutely stunning, really exceeding my expectations. It's also not far from the subway, making it very easy to get to Guangzhou South Station. Highly recommend.

We brought the kids to Chimelong Water Park and booked two deluxe twin rooms for two nights. They assigned us to the 39th floor, offering expansive views, spacious rooms, and complete amenities. The Aoyuan Sheraton is about a 10-minute walk from Nan Cun Wan Bo Metro Station. Around Nan Cun Wan Bo Station, there are numerous shopping malls like Tianhe City, Sihai City, and Wanda, along with countless restaurants, cinemas, and coffee shops. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Chimelong with the kids, and we could also easily spend time around the hotel. The service at Aoyuan Sheraton was excellent – truly a Sheraton with incredible value for money.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! I'm a returning guest, and this time I upgraded to a large suite. The suite was spacious, modern, and expansive, making for a wonderful experience. The front desk manager and staff were incredibly nice and provided excellent service. They even gave us a souvenir bear upon check-in after our conversation. Furthermore, during dinner, I mentioned to the executive lounge manager on duty that someone in my party was ill and we needed an extra bowl of plain congee. Despite being busy, the manager was very attentive and promptly arranged for the congee to be delivered. The service was absolutely wonderful, warm, and thoughtful. The housekeeping was also very meticulous. Everything was top-notch, and I will definitely be staying here again! I hope the hotel recognizes and rewards the relevant staff members!

Great for summer stays! The hotel has a pleasant environment, the breakfast is plentiful, and the guest services center provides excellent service.

Right next to the Avenue of Stars, and really close to the Hong Kong Coliseum for concerts, making it super convenient for getting around.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at near Chimelong. The service at Sheraton, and the room environment were both excellent, with nothing to complain about. We could even see the Canton Tower right from our window. The hotel breakfast deserves special mention; it was absolutely fantastic, offering almost every style of Cantonese dim sum. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guangzhou.

My first impression was how dirty the room was. Yellow stains on the toilet are really unacceptable. The ensuite bathroom had a horrible sewage smell, which was also really unacceptable. There was dust in many hard-to-reach corners of the room; I understand it can be tough to clean, but it just felt old and uncomfortable to stay in. The soundproofing in the suite was terrible. There's a door in the living room area, and you could hear everything from the neighboring room. Very poor privacy. The executive lounge only offered good quality fruit; the food and drinks were nowhere near Marriott standards – completely subpar. On the bright side, the staff were all kind and polite. I strongly advise against staying here; there are much better options nearby.
