Staz Hotel Heritage

The room only had a bed and a desk, which was fine for just sleeping, but the motion-sensor light at the entrance was like a ghost at night, turning on and off all the time, which was incredibly annoying. Breakfast was also very basic, but considering Jeju Island's prices, it wasn't too expensive. As for transportation, I don't know much about it since we hired a private car for all our outings.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with issues, which is commendable. However, the housekeeping's attention to detail regarding cleanliness was really concerning: there was hair left in the refrigerator upon check-in, and hair was scattered elsewhere. Although the housekeeper apologized, their cleaning method was improper; they used the same cloth to wipe the refrigerator, then the floor, and then reused it, which poses a cross-contamination risk. The hygiene standards need strict improvement.

This hotel is quite good! The location is perfect, and my stay was excellent. The environment is elegant and quiet, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money. I highly recommend it to my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
