Beijing Broadcasting Tower Hotel

I stayed here for a week at the beginning of November. I chose this hotel mainly because it’s relatively close to the city center (easy to reach by taxi or metro) and because I wanted to avoid the crowded areas near major tourist attractions — even in the low season there were still hundreds of people there. That said, this hotel is a very good choice for those who appreciate peace and quiet, fewer tourists, and the modern side of Beijing with its contemporary skyscrapers. The room was a bit dated (which I personally love!), but very neat, clean, and quiet. I also liked how spacious it was — it felt very comfortable. The view from the 24th floor was also quite nice. The hotel is located roughly halfway between two metro stations, each about a 15-minute walk away. There were plenty of nearby coffee shops, Chinese cafés, and a Lawson convenience store. It’s just a few minutes’ drive to the Ritan Center and to The Place, a great shopping mall offering tax-free shopping. I didn’t choose the breakfast option, so I can’t comment on it.
