The staff is very professional, kind, attentive especially Thet, Noura and Lama I loved this place because of the staff, who were so attentive especially the housekeepers, Aasha and Philip, who always took great care of my comfort and cleaned the room perfectly. I will definitely come back for sure

We had a wonderful stay at DAMAC Aykon City with our family. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent facilities. Everything felt high-end and well maintained, from the lobby to the amenities. The location is perfect — close to major attractions, restaurants, and easy access to main roads. The environment felt safe and family-friendly, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, luxury, and a great Dubai experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The frontdesk offer us free upgrade to suite, however, need to pay extra UED 300++ :( Staffs wasnt helpful & did not deliver dental kits though we have requested. The bathroom heater doesnt work sometimes.

Great hotel apartments , spotless , location is good in Dubai you have to use taxis everywhere anyway. Reception is very helpful. Only thing would not go to the restaurant because of one waiter, he just would not leave us alone really annoying. But overall would stay there again.
