Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

The room was incredibly luxurious and upscale, spotlessly clean, and very spacious. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get a direct view of Zhujiang New Town and the Canton Tower. They also provided complimentary fruit, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Choosing to stay at the Four Seasons Guangzhou on Chinese New Year's Eve was absolutely the right decision! 🎉 The front desk is on the 70th floor. A lovely front desk attendant, upon learning we were visiting Guangzhou with our child specifically for New Year's, enthusiastically upgraded us to a Guangzhou Tower view room! Our room was on the 87th floor, and the moment we opened the door, we were truly amazed—the Canton Tower seemed almost within reach outside the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and the entire dazzling night view of Zhujiang New Town was laid out before us. It was incredibly impressive. The room layout was excellent, and the space was very generous. Our child had a blast playing hide-and-seek. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were of high quality. Breakfast was, as always, up to Four Seasons standards—truly excellent. While the variety wasn't exceptionally vast, the quality was outstanding! On the morning of the first day of the New Year, the hotel even arranged dragon and lion dances on every floor, wishing every guest good fortune. In the lobby, there was also a master calligrapher writing Spring Festival couplets and 'Fu' characters, which our child thoroughly enjoyed participating in. Check-out was also very smooth, handled by a very enthusiastic staff member. Thumbs up!

Staying here during the Spring Festival felt so festive and welcoming! The hotel offered delightful Spring Festival activities like writing 'Fu' characters and making sugar paintings. My kids absolutely loved the children's activity area on the third floor, with its movie room, board games, and craft activities. **Hygiene:** The room was tidy and clean, and they cleaned it whenever requested. There was also a turndown service in the evening, with a water glass and bottled water thoughtfully placed by the bedside. **Environment:** The location is excellent, right in Garden Square, with the Guangdong Provincial Museum just downstairs, a 5-minute walk away. The hotel rooms start from the 70th floor, offering a 'above the clouds' experience. This time, I stayed in a Pearl River panoramic room, and not only did I have an unobstructed view of the Pearl River, but I could also enjoy a full panoramic view of the Canton Tower right from the room! Amazing! **Facilities:** The mini-bar was well-stocked, and there were even a Gongfu tea set, a capsule coffee machine, and books provided. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window, sipping tea and reading, with the Pearl River view right there, it was incredibly relaxing! **Breakfast** was abundant, with both Chinese and Western dishes that were all delicious! Perfect for a leisurely meal!

The service was excellent. They upgraded our room and even sent a small cake when they found out it was my birthday. The concierge service was also very convenient; they brought our luggage and any deliveries straight to our room. Environment: The view was great.

The room facilities are quite good, and the view outside the window is expansive. Hygiene: Clean, and the room is spacious. Environment: The soundproofing in the room is excellent, the room is equipped with high-end amenities, the front desk lady is enthusiastic, and the view of Canton Tower is superb.

While the facilities aren't the most modern, the service at Four Seasons is truly attentive. Seeing that there were four of us, they kindly upgraded us to a suite with an unbeatable view of the Canton Tower.
