Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

We celebrated Valentine's Day early, and the experience was delightful from the moment we checked in. Someone at the entrance was giving out roses. Since the front desk was busy, we went to the executive lounge for check-in. All the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Our room was beautifully decorated, providing a wonderful experience with a great view. The breakfast included fresh orange juice and an à la carte menu. The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the room, but it's an older hotel, so that's understandable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in the best way! They contacted me a day in advance to ask about any requests. When they found out it was my birthday, they quietly prepared a surprise. April, the front desk agent, was so sweet and spoke with such a gentle tone during check-in. She noticed I had a child with me and thoughtfully provided all the amenities kids might need. A special thanks also goes to Supervisor Super Wang! The newly renovated room had absolutely no strange odors, featured a comfortable Chinese-style design, and felt incredibly spacious, making us feel right at home. We even received a box of milk daily. We had just come from the Park Hyatt, and while I don't want to disparage it, if your budget allows, I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons – it surpasses the Park Hyatt in terms of service, ambiance, and dining!

We stayed in room 9307 on August 5th. When the first adult tried to shower, they found the shower faucet was too tight to turn. Luckily, the room had a bathtub. After getting ready, we asked staff to adjust it, and water started flowing. However, when the second adult showered, they found the water temperature couldn't be adjusted, so they also had to use the bathtub. It was already very late, so we didn't complain. We left in a hurry the next day and forgot to mention it to the staff. This room had a partial view of Canton Tower.

An experience that exceeded our expectations! As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a doorman greeted us, opened the car door, took our luggage, and escorted us all the way to the hotel elevator. When we checked in, the front desk lady was very kind. We originally booked a river view room, which doesn't have a view of Canton Tower, but she told us that since we were staying for three nights, she upgraded us to a tower view room. We were so pleasantly surprised! The next day was my child's birthday, and she said they would send a cake to our room. She also thoughtfully asked about our travel plans, mentioning that we could contact them anytime for any needs and that they could even provide travel tips. The staff's service attitude was truly heartwarming and considerate! 💖 Although the hotel has been open for over a decade, it's very well-maintained. The overall style is understated luxury, without excessive or gaudy decorations; it's simple and clean. I was particularly impressed by the dark green room doors with their smooth, rich finish and excellent texture. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest room offer expansive views, overlooking the entire Canton Tower. The marble bathroom and soft, skin-friendly bedding – you can tell from many small details that the materials used are exquisite and carefully selected. For the birthday, we booked the Prime Steakhouse on the 100th floor. The table was sprinkled with rose petals, and there was even a 'Happy Birthday' letter sign, making it feel very ceremonial. The restaurant also gave us a red velvet cake, and when we left, they gave us shell-shaped cakes. Back in our room, there was yet another red velvet cake from the hotel! Haha, they are truly thoughtful... A big thank you again to the hotel for their thoughtful and meticulous service, which gave us an unforgettable birthday trip! 💐

I really love the Four Seasons. First and foremost, the environment is very quiet and comfortable. The front desk upgraded my room, and I could see the Pearl River night view and Canton Tower – the staff member was so kind and lovely! The room was quite spacious, with two sinks and a pot of phalaenopsis orchids. The bathtub was also very large, making for a wonderfully relaxing bath.

Facilities: Comprehensive and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless and comfortable. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. Service: Warm and attentive. The lobby staff were warm and attentive, with excellent attention to detail. The surrounding environment is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and it's convenient for shopping, leisure, and getting around.

Wow, the facilities, equipment, and service were all top-notch, absolutely fantastic. The front desk and guest relations staff were also incredibly nice. Even though the weather wasn't great, the cloud-level views were still pretty good. I'll definitely come back when it's sunny again.
