Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Osaka Kitahama

The customer service was rather average. The room was too small for three guests; a triple room should definitely be larger than a standard double room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Some of them can even speak Chinese. The location also very good is near to Metro Station and next to the hotel itself got one chain restaurant make us very convenience to have our meal even late night. And of cause the grocery shop like seven eleven and family mart they are just walking distance. I will say it is located in quiet zone It’s which we could have good rest at night. Please don’t forget to add in breakfast when staying there. It is simple but in variety. They make some changes for the breakfast menu too during our 5 days of stay. And don’t forget the complimentary coffee in room. Less but least the hotels equipped with money changer machine makes so much of convenience for tourist. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we travel to Osaka in the near future.

pretty good, although the room size is small which i think it is very normal in japan.

Very near to the subway station, convenience store (family mart, Lawson) and bakery.

It was a perfect hotel and location walking distance from river where its quiet and beautiful close to osaka castle had to extend my stay lovely staff and just very good

My staying at the hotel was perfect. The location is very good, 2-3 min far from Kitahama and 7-8 min far from Yodoyabashi Station. The room was clean and cozy.
