Great hotel with new concept. Location is strategic with jalan Alor just within walking distance. Parking is also free and easy. Higy recommended.

The hotel has a beautiful and pleasant environment, and it is very convenient to get in and out. There are also 7-Eleven and 99 Speedmart downstairs, making it easy to buy daily necessities. The air conditioning, TV, and lights can all be controlled using an iPad, which is very modern and convenient. I would definitely stay here again! The only downside is that there are occasional sudden banging noises, which can be a little disturbing.

It’s my second times here! The location is very good if you’re going to Bukit Bintang area, there’s a lot of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room is actually pretty small but it doesn’t really matter! The bed is comfy, the toilet is cute

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate my birthday, and it was a lovely experience. As soon as we entered the room, we were surprised by the birthday decorations the hotel had prepared for us. They also left us a card to redeem welcome drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The view from the room was beautiful, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel’s location in the city centre made it easy to get around, with a 7-Eleven and other shops right next door. We would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. I especially appreciated their front desk team taking the time to patiently explain the local parking and car regulations upon check-in, which saved me a lot of hassle. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

Need to walk some distance to get to the MRT. Hotel location is easier for grab to pick up / drop off. 7-11 just around the corner. Bed is comfy with cute plushie aside. Lighting, housekeeping and remote controls all by iPad. Thanks to the male staff on morning duty for assisting me to modify my stay. Very helpful and professional! Location is excellent. Just 5 minutes walk to Jalan Alor where all the street foods, restaurants, etc. They open from 4pm till late. Room is not big, bed is huge and comfortable. However bed position is tightly next to window and no space to walk. So the one sleep next to window needs to crawl across the bed. Staff are very polite and helpful. We took Grab around KL and airport. Will definitely stay again
