We had a fantastic experience, and I was so touched by their thoughtfulness – they even prepared a cake for my wife's birthday! I wish the resort all the best. I wanted to give full marks, but to be honest, I gave 4 stars due to the location and the slightly dated facilities.

The hotel is located in a village, and the journey was bumpy through various villages. 2. **Cleanliness**: Not as good as I'd imagined. A wonderful place to stay for a couple of days, a quiet and secluded retreat for couples (family rooms are also available). The service is excellent, breakfast is delivered to your room (villa) free of charge, and dinner delivery is prompt. Excellent staff and service! I highly recommend!

I suppose it's to be expected since it's a villa in a tropical location, but based on my experience staying in other villas, it falls short in terms of cleanliness and service. In particular, there were many trainees at reception who didn't speak English, which sometimes caused delays, and considering the considerable amount I paid, I was left feeling a bit disappointed.
