The food was very disgusting and disappointing. Raw smells in the kitchen and the food was also raw and prepared as a massa and in a rush so they don’t deliver the expected service

I do not know why and how anyone returns to this hotel. It is a 2.5 star hotel. The fact you have to pay the tax for a 4 star hotel is ridiculous. When we arrived we were greeted with cold sale and some ham… was awful. Went to sleep starving that night. Woke up to breakfast and that was a shambles too. How anyone eats this food is beyond me. I know my hotels and I know that this is far from a 4 star. The rooms were filthy, our room balcony door was broken upon arrival, the amount of dirt I saw was not healthy, in need of a major refurb. They have clearly spent their money in the lobby and left everywhere else. If you are looking for bog standard and not to fussed about being in dirty basic room, then this is the place for you. If you want something comfortable and clean but also budget friendly, this is not for you… Don’t make the same mistake we did giving it the benefit of the doubt, you will be disappointed if you have standards. I will be uploading videos and pictures on YouTube within the next month so you will see. This hotel should be downgraded very quickly as people spend decent money and the rooms are shocking, the food is cold, even if you are the first to get to it and the drinks are awful. Only decent thing was the snack bar…. If you like pizza and chips…burgers etc, you’ll be fine but it gets boring having the same thing. There are shops and restaurants around 15/20 minutes away…. Nice walk and lovely food so better to book room only and have your food elsewhere.

Well done mediterraneo, Rooms are very well cleaned by super team of cleaners,fresh sheets and towels everyday. Food is great and is always fresh, Eva in the restaurant was always super friendly and she couldn't do enough for you, chef is wonderful and everyone was always smiling and willing to please to make your holiday special. I would say I can't understand some of the bad reviews people have left for this hotel as we had 9 nights here and no problems and we're been treated very well during our stay.The whole team at mediterraneo work incredibly hard from the cleaning staff through to the animation team. Would I come here again? Most definitely

Food was brilliant, staff happy to help, not too far away from the airport. Swimming pools cold as expected but nice and clean able to get drinks from 11am until 11pm good entertainment in the evenings Can’t fault the place and will come back very soon. Thank you

We stayed in a Villa with a small private pool. The villa had a bathroom two bedrooms and an entrance hall with fridge. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. A bottle of wine and fruit was waiting when we arrived. The resort is on a hill so research before you book it was no problem for our family. Nice shop in the complex not too expensive. Snack bar and restaurants had plenty of choices you won’t go hungry. Pools were nice and all areas kept clean and tidy. Staff worked hard and were friendly and very helpful. I used the gym twice it had a selection of dumbbells a bench and a few exercises bikes and running machines. Overall a very good family holiday for the price.
