The hotel was not as good as I expected. The receptionist made me wait until after 5pm to check in, even though the rule was that I could have checked in at 3pm. Also, the breakfast was too limited and not worth it. On the other hand, the male staff at the Provo restaurant was not friendly and had an insolent attitude towards customers.

Had a great stay at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel. The location is perfect—close to Parliament Hill and downtown attractions. My room was clean, modern, and had a lovely city view. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Ottawa!

The staff was helpful and upgraded me to a high floor King bed room. The location is good and the restaurant is wonderful as well!

房間偏小，枱盤像經濟型酒店。或許是平台的客户，安排在低樓層，窗外平台有個超大型排風機，振動聲音清析傳進房間。晚上回酒店比較晚，小孩倒下就睡著了，不想半夜去投訴，熬了二個小時才睡着，非常差的住宿體驗。早上打掃衞生的阿姨特別好，我錢包忘在桌上，她立馬送到前台，贊一個！
