Meiguan Ancient Post Road
The beautiful and ancient road of Meiguan is situated at the intersection of Dayu County in Jiangxi Province and Nanxiong City in Guangdong Province. It was constructed around the Qin and Han dynasties. The section that still exists is neatly lined with cobblestone, and the road is surrounded by luxuriant shrubs as well as by cliffs on both sides. In ancient times, the Meiguan Ancient Post Road was the main road of communication between the Central Plains and Lingnan. After Qin Shihuang unified China, he attacked Lingnan in 214 BC and then built the road to Meiguan (known as the "Qin Pass"), opening the way to communication with the north and the south of the Central Plains. Zhuji Ancient Lane
Zhuji Ancient Laneis located between Meiling and Nanxiong. It served as a post station during the Tang Dynasty and had become Shajiao Town by the Northern Song Dynasty. Good service, great value for money package, divided into two tourist areas, up the mountain and down the mountain. The mountain is more fun, especially the forest plank road, with many fun free games. There is a sky mirror at the end of the mountain tour bus (free), which is free.

There aren't many people early in the morning, and it's foggy. It gets busier once the fog clears. It's a great choice for families to visit, relax, or camp. You can drive or take public transport; there are many options. It's a seasonal attraction, so choose your time carefully.

With relatively low foot traffic, newly built internal alleyways, and significant business loss, the interior environment is quite quiet and refreshing when there are few people; it can be considered a park with a lake. A complete walk around it takes less than an hour.

This forest park is seriously underrated; it's so beautiful! The more than 800 steps to the top are quite challenging, and there are countless interesting hiking trails. The three main rest areas are also very beautiful.

We had a fantastic day at Chimelong Safari Park! The park is beautiful, with amazing scenery and a huge variety of animals. It's enormous, so I strongly recommend arriving early to have enough time to explore everything without rushing.We expected to see more giant pandas, but there were only two, although they were incredibly cute! We also hoped to see red pandas, which were listed as being at the park, but unfortunately, there were none.The animal show was excellent and entertaining, even though it was entirely in Chinese. We also hired a wonderful guide who was friendly, helpful and made a real effort to ensure we enjoyed our visit. We appreciated her efforts so much that we gave her an extra tip, even though she initially refused it.Overall, a great experience and well worth visiting in Guangzhou. Just arrive early and check which animals are available to see before your visit!

We entered from the South Gate. Although there were many people, it wasn't chaotic at all. The signs were very clear, and the staff were very responsible. It was a very enjoyable trip for the kids; Guangzhou is beautiful and delicious. It was our first time seeing a rhinoceros and our first time riding a cable car—a great experience!

We went to Nanxiong for a trip and came to the Meiguan Ancient Road Scenic Area. We went up the mountain from the Guangdong side. I heard that the road up the mountain in Dayu, Jiangxi is a little easier to walk. I will try it if I have a chance in the future. Meiguan Scenic Area is a comprehensive scenic area that integrates historical sites, natural landscapes, cultural landscapes, and red tourism. The scenic area is full of plum trees with different varieties. The Meiguan Scenic Area, which is "beautiful in shape, strange in road, fragrant in plum, and spiritual in land", integrates the three-color tourism resources of "ancient, red, and green". Meiling, also known as Dayuling, is 746 meters above sea level. It spans the two provinces of Jiangxi and Guangdong. There is a wonder of "flowers fall on the southern branches and begin to bloom on the northern branches".
