Upon arrival in Zhouzhuang, start your experience with a scenic boat ride around the town. Glide along Nanhu Lake in a painted pleasure boat, admiring the shimmering waters and willow-lined banks while taking in the panoramic view of the ancient town like an unfolding ink-wash scroll. Please note that if the cruise is suspended due to Zhouzhuang Bridge restrictions or weather conditions, the scenic area will arrange alternative shuttle transportation at no additional cost.

Zhouzhuang is hailed as the epitome of Jiangnan water towns, a member of the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List and a national 5A-level scenic area. Its crisscrossing waterways meander through the town, connecting famous attractions like Fu'an Bridge, Double Bridges, and Shen Hall. We recommend visiting Zhang Hall (ticket included) to marvel at its architectural wonder where "sedan chairs pass through the front gate while boats sail through the house." Take a leisurely walk along Zhenfeng Culture Street to experience traditional handicrafts, or wander through ancient bridges and narrow alleys, capturing tranquil moments of water town life with your camera.

Then take a ride to another pearl of Jiangnan—the ancient town of Tongli.
