Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 6 years old to join this activity.

Booking Notice

• Participants must weigh between 40 kg and 115 kg to join this activity.
• Participants must be at least 120 cm tall to join this activity.
• Children aged 6–12 are allowed to skydive from no higher than 9,000 feet.
• Participants aged 6–17 must obtain a consent form from their parents or guardians.
• All children must undergo assessment by a tandem skydiving instructor on the day.

Important Notes

• For safety reasons, please do not use photography equipment, mobile phones, or action cameras during the activity.
• While not mandatory, we recommend purchasing travel insurance before joining the tour.
• Photography packages can be purchased upon check-in. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All passengers weighing over 95 kg must undergo evaluation by two flight instructors and pay an overweight surcharge.
• You can store valuables in the locker during skydiving.
• If a passenger's weight is 95–104.9 kg, an additional fee of NZD50 will be charged. Please pay directly on-site.
• If a passenger's weight is 105–115 kg, an additional fee of NZD75 will be charged. Please pay directly on-site.

Booking process

• During peak season (October–May), there will be a limited number of experience slots available for each time period. If you have companions, we recommend booking together.
• If you are arranged to Wanaka or Glenorchy due to weather conditions, please apply for a refund on-site. Requests made afterwards will not be accepted.

Skydiving activity is inherently dangerous and may involve certain risks, including but not limited to risks caused by existing conditions such as weather or health. Even if carefully packed, parachutes may open suddenly or fail to open correctly, leading to injury. Accidents may also occur during aircraft flight, descent, or landing. Skydiving activity is undertaken at the participant's own risk. Anyone who skydives, receives skydiving training, flies in an aircraft for skydiving, or participates in any activity provided by Skydive Wanaka or NZONE, must explicitly understand and agree to fully assume all risks.

Note: All times displayed on this page are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic congestion, accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have connecting travel arrangements requiring other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconvenience caused by potential delays. The vehicle type used for transportation will be arranged according to the actual number of people, ranging from 5-seater cars to 57-seater buses. Please do not book if this is unacceptable.

For join-in tour activities, if the minimum number of participants is not met, or if there are itinerary changes due to force majeure or extreme weather conditions, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.
