Start with a two-hour journey from Yogyakarta to reach the Jomblang cave. You will be manually demoted to a well-like formation by 5-6 people holding a safety rope. Feel yourself in safe hands with two other people waiting to get you out of the safety line when you reach the bottom.

Once inside, start walking along a muddy rocky path to reach the cave. Enjoy the view of sunlight shining on the dark cave chamber from above, shining on plants that thrive in humid environments.
