Guided visit and tickets to Prado Museum

Know in advance:

• Access to the Prado Museum is guaranteed; however, access times may be subject to change. The time allocated may be adjusted up to one day in advance, depending on the museum's own indications and the management of access for the public, and may be brought forward or delayed by approximately one hour
• Crowds or security protocols can lead to delays in skip-the-line access
• The local provider reserves the right to cancel the tour or modify the itinerary due to events being held at the location or due to operational reasons of force majeure
• Please note: some of the paintings might not be available despite belonging to the permanent collection for reasons out of the local partner's control. In those cases, the itinerary will be modified to comprise another painting with similar artistic
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travellers per guide
• Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children's age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required
