How to use
Show your smartphone ticket or the paper ticket as you board the bus
The ticket is activated when first used
Your ticket is valid for redemption on the booked travel date or any date before it.
Upon first validation on board the bus, your ticket is valid for 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours depending on the ticket selected
You can redeem your ticket and start the tour at any of the bus stops
Free earphones are provided on board the bus. However, you can help protect the planet by bringing your own!
Night tour must be done on the 1st day of use. 2-day ticket must be used on 2 consecutive days

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
