The ticket grants direct access to buses, but individuals must exchange the boat ticket at the ticket office for a designated boat departure
The ticket is valid on both green hop-on hop-off buses and red city sightseeing worldwide buses - just look for the Stromma logo
Boats and buses are not accessible for wheelchairs
Service dogs and dogs the size of a bag are allowed
Strollers are not permitted on boats
Both open and closed boats are in service. In winter, only covered and heated boats are used
Passengers aboard the buses will be provided with discount vouchers for various establishments, including shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and attractions in Copenhagen
Please be at the boat launch area 15 minutes before setting sail

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 8 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
