During this 2-day guided tour, you'll explore Ban Gioc Waterfalls with local people, visit Angel Mountain, and go through a hidden village.
Day 1: Hanoi – Cao Bang City – Angel Mountain – Ban Gioc's Fairy Land
You'll be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi and travel to Cao Bang City. After lunch, you'll drive on a picturesque road and reach the Ma Phuc Pass, where you can see old stilt houses and admire the landscape. Around 4 pm you'll arrive at the Angel Mountain (Núi Cô Tiên). The journey continues along the border belt, through the villages of Tay, Nung, and Dao. You'll have the opportunity to jump into the crystal waters of the Quay Son River and relax after a long day of traveling. You'll have dinner in Cao Bang and enjoy free time before you spend the night at a cozy homestay/hotel.
Day 2: Ban Gioc Waterfall – Ngao Cave – Truc Lam Pagoda – Ha Noi
After breakfast, you'll depart in the morning to visit Ngao Cave (Tiger Cave), which still retains its pristine beauty, boasting natural stone columns formed over hundreds of millions of years. You'll head to Ban Gioc Waterfall, located on the border between Vietnam and China, before you go visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery in Cao Bang. Here, you can climb up to the pagoda and enjoy a panoramic view of the waterfall. Return to Cao Bang and have lunch at a local food store, where you can try specialties such as duck noodle soup or local sour noodles. The driver will take you back to Hanoi around 9-10 pm.
