- This ticket requires a secondary reservation. During peak seasons, we will do our utmost to secure a reservation slot for you. If your chosen session is fully booked, you may opt to change your performance date or request a refund.
- When booking, please provide a valid contact number and corresponding social media app details (e.g., WeChat, WhatsApp).

- After successful reservation, you may collect your tickets using the voucher provided in your order details. Our staff will also send you usage instructions via your provided contact method (please monitor your registered contact information).

For Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) dressing experiences, you may directly select the corresponding Hanfu package when placing your order (please note that the Hanfu package does NOT include meals).
