How to use
You can exchange your voucher for a physical transport pass at any time using the ticket machines at the railway/subway station.
Please note that if the travel card is lost, stolen, or robbed, all responsibilities shall be borne by the passenger, and no replacement or refund can be provided.
Step 1: Go to any TMB machine at a train or subway station (they are available even at the airport)
Step 2: Tap "Online Collection" at the bottom left of the screen
Step 3: Enter the 13-digit code below the QR code on the admission voucher
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 10 day(s) after the booking date, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 10 day(s) after the booking date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
