On the day of the performance, visitors must present their valid ID (such as passport, Home Return Permit, or Taiwan Compatriot Permit) at the scenic area ticket office to exchange for an admission pass before entering the venue.
Ticket Pickup Address: Redeem your seat voucher ticket at the East Gate (Jinyang Gate) ticket office of Huaqing Palace Scenic Area.
Ticket collection time: 17:00 - 23:59 (Tickets can be collected from 18:00 until the show begins).
4. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable after booking
No refunds or exchanges will be granted after a successful booking. Please plan your time accordingly.
5. Special Weather Conditions
"The Song of Everlasting Sorrow" is an open-air performance. In case of force majeure factors such as heavy rain, strong winds, or earthquakes, the scenic area may terminate the performance without liability.
