The transportation company assumes no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage.
Each passenger can carry one piece of carry-on baggage:
· Total weight less than 10 kg · Sum of external dimensions less than 1 m (length + width + height)
· Total volume less than 0.027 cubic meters. Prohibited items
· More than medium-sized baggage · snowboard or skis
Bicycles, including folding bikes
· Hazardous materials (explosives and flammables)
Other hazardous items not allowed to be carried
Small animals including dogs, cats and birds
·Except for guide dogs for the disabled

1. When booking, you cannot specify the transportation company or select seats. If traveling as a family, customer support will try to arrange seats together based on actual circumstances, but this cannot be guaranteed.
For Japanese holidays, please book at least 7 days in advance.
3. Tokyo station departure point: Ikebukuro station east exit/Akihabara station/Tokyo teleport station (platform 6)
4. Kawaguchiko departure point: Kawaguchiko Station (bus stop)
5. Kawaguchiko to Tokyo (all stations are platform 2) **Please carefully check the departure time posted on the platform before boarding.**
6. Ikebukuro → Kawaguchiko (approx. 2 hr), Akihabara → Kawaguchiko (approx. 2 hr), Tokyo teleport station → Kawaguchiko (approx. 3 hr)
7. Prices and departure schedules may vary by season without prior notice.
8. Tickets cannot be refunded or changed except in cases of force majeure.
Please note that for reservations made within 30 days, the travel voucher will be issued according to the reservation date. For reservations made beyond 30 days, the voucher will be issued on the 30th day.
