Bamboo Rafting on Yulong River Friendly Reminder:
1. Safety and Health Restrictions (Applicable to All Bamboo Raft Types)
- Pregnant women, individuals aged 70 or above, those with heart disease, coronary artery disease, hypertension, alcohol intoxication, or mobility impairments are strictly prohibited from boarding the bamboo raft.
- Children 1 meter or taller must ride with an adult and occupy a seat.
- Please take good care of your personal belongings. You will be responsible for any losses if items accidentally fall into the water.
- Pets are strictly prohibited on the raft.
II. Special Notes for Double Bamboo Raft
Weight limit: Passengers weighing over 100kg individually must charter the entire bamboo raft (charged as a private raft rental); the combined weight of two passengers must not exceed 160kg. Please be advised.
Riding restrictions: According to scenic area regulations, pregnant women and individuals with disabilities are strictly prohibited from riding double bamboo rafts; children under 1 meter tall and seniors over 70 years old cannot ride double bamboo rafts. Such visitors may choose to ride 8-person bamboo rafts or switch to shoreline hiking tours. If needed, please contact customer service in advance for coordination.
Price Information: The double bamboo raft is manually operated and requires a minimum of 2 passengers. A single passenger will need to pay an empty seat fee.
!!! According to the scenic area's regulations, a bamboo raft for 8 people requires at least 5 passengers. If your group has fewer than 5 people, you'll need to pay the difference on-site to charter the raft.

Pick-up service is available from hotels within a 2 km radius of Yangshuo County at 08:30 AM. For locations beyond this range, our customer service will notify you of the nearest designated meeting point. Please note that some hotels may not allow direct door-to-door pick-up, and the exact pick-up location will be confirmed upon notification.

Li River Scenic Area
The Li River Scenic Area is the essence of Guilin's landscape, being one of China's first 5A-level tourist attractions and a national scenic spot. Its core section is the 83-kilometer waterway from Guilin to Yangshuo, which was successfully inscribed as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site in 2014, showcasing the world's most typical karst peak forest landforms.
20 RMB Observation Deck
This viewing platform is located near Xingping Ancient Town in Yangshuo County, renowned worldwide as the scenic spot featured on the back of the 20-yuan note in China's fifth series of RMB. The landscape depicted shows the actual view of Yuanbao Mountain (also known as Yellow Cloth Shoal Reflection) in Dahebei Village of Xingping Town, along with the Li River scenery.
Xingping Ancient Town
Xingping Ancient Town is a riverside town along the Li River with nearly 1,800 years of history. It not only embodies the essence of "Yangshuo's scenery being the best under heaven," but its landscape is also featured on the back of the 20-yuan RMB banknote.
Shili Gallery
Yangshuo's Ten-Mile Gallery is not an enclosed scenic area, but rather refers to a particularly picturesque landscape belt along National Highway 321 south of Yangshuo County.
Yulong River (8-Person Raft/Double Raft)
The Yulong River, known as the "Little Li River," is the longest tributary of the Li River in Yangshuo, famed for its pristine natural karst countryside scenery. Bamboo raft drifting stands as its most distinctive way to explore.
Silver Cave
Silver Cave is located in Lipu City, Guilin, featuring typical karst topography that runs through twelve mountain peaks, forming a multi-level cave system.
