Checking Your Data
When you have purchased your Travel eSIM, you will receive a link on the Voucher email. This link will allow you to view your usage once you have activated and registered your Travel eSIM.
Set up eSIM
The installation of eSIM requires internet. Please confirm whether the eSIM you purchased is the type that can be installed in advance before departure, or the type that needs to be installed after arriving at the destination. Installing eSIM in a country/region other than the destination may cause the eSIM to become invalid or start calculating the usage duration in advance.

Please make sure that the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.
Please DO NOT delete eSIM on your phone after installation

An eSIM is a digital version of a traditional SIM card. Unlike physical SIM cards, which need to be inserted into your phone, an eSIM is built directly into your device. It allows you to activate a mobile network plan without needing to use a physical card. Before you start make sure your device is eSIM compatible.
You should activate your eSIM before you travel or at your destination in Europe. To activate your eSIM, please refer to our installation guides. Remember to check which activation instructions apply for your device. Once you activate it, you will have 3 months to use your eSIM.
