Semayaone Fast Cruise, now better known as Semayaone Fast Ferry, is a fast ferry company based in Denpasar. It has been operating since 2012 and has transported thousands of passengers to the Gili Islands and Lombok. With its 250-passenger Semaya Darmajaya Jet, powered by a waterjet engine, we prioritize speed and comfort. You can reach the Gili Islands in 1-1 hour and 30 minutes. The journey from Gili Trawangan to Padang Bai takes approximately 1.5 hours for the afternoon trip and 2.5 hours for the morning trip.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Semaya One Fast Ferry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

  • Technical issues with the vessel
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Safety concerns for passengers and/or crew
  • Directives from the Indonesian Government and/or the Harbor Master


The company is not liable for any additional expenses resulting from cancellations or delays, including accommodation, connecting flights, or alternative transportation. 

Passengers are advised to allow at least 24 hours between their boat transfer and any onward travel.

Extra charge IDR 200.000 for a surfboard


Passenger Cancellations & Refunds:

  • More than 7 days before departure: Full refund.
  • Between 3-6 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.
  • No-show or late arrival: No refund.
