1. This product is a buffet dinner voucher for the Dolphin Restaurant at Zhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel. When placing your booking, select your preferred ticket type and meal option. It offers the same benefits as purchasing directly at the attraction and can be used immediately upon booking.

Visitors who are already inside the Ocean Kingdom attraction and need to exit for meals before returning should inform the staff and complete the re-entry procedures when leaving. After dining at the restaurant, they may re-enter the Ocean Kingdom park area.

2. Ticket Type Information:

Standard Ticket: Available to all travelers (each ticket allows bringing 1 child for free)

Child tickets: Valid for children aged 3–11 years or between 1m and 1.5m in height on the day of dining.

Family ticket: Valid for 1 adult and 1 child for park entry and dining (1 free-admission child allowed)

Family ticket: Valid for 2 adults and 1 child for park entry and dining (1 free-admission child allowed)

How to use: Present your [verification code] at the front desk of the hotel restaurant during your selected dining time to redeem entry (see booking transaction voucher for details) - proceed to the Dolphin Buffet Restaurant at Zhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel for redemption (self-service ticket machines are currently not supported);

4. Dining times are for reference only and are subject to the restaurant's actual schedule on the day:

5. This product already includes a 15% restaurant service fee; no additional payment is required.

6. Seats are limited and bookable availability depends on restaurant traffic. We recommend booking as early as possible.

7. The selected date and time slot are valid only on the day of use. Unused tickets will automatically expire and no refunds will be issued.
