1. This product is a buffet dinner voucher (including next-day breakfast) for the Sailor Buffet Restaurant at Zhuhai Chimelong Spaceship Hotel. When placing your booking, select your preferred ticket type and meal option. It offers the same benefits as purchasing directly at the attraction and can be used immediately upon booking.
If you are already in the attraction and need to exit for meals before returning, please inform the staff and complete the re-entry procedures when leaving. After dining, you may return to the attraction.
For free parking authorization, please proceed at the restaurant front desk.
2. Ticket Type Information:
Standard Ticket: Available to all travelers (each ticket allows bringing 1 child for free)
[Free admission] refers to children under 3 years old or under 1.0m in height on the day of dining
Child tickets: Valid for children aged 3–11 years or between 1m and 1.5m in height on the day of dining.
Family ticket: Valid for 1 adult and 1 child for park entry and dining (1 free-admission child allowed)
Family ticket: Valid for 2 adults and 1 child for park entry and dining (1 free-admission child allowed)
[X adults X children] "Adults" refers to those eligible for "standard tickets", while "children" refers to those eligible for "child tickets". The specified number of people must enter the park together (one additional ticket-free toddler may be brought along).
3. How to use: Present your [verification code] at the front desk of the hotel restaurant during your selected dining time to redeem entry (see booking transaction voucher for details) - proceed to the Sailor Buffet Restaurant at Zhuhai Chimelong Spaceship Hotel for redemption (self-service ticket machines are currently not supported);
4. Dining times are for reference only and are subject to the restaurant's actual schedule on the day:
Mariner restaurant at Chimelong spaceship hotel (breakfast 7:00-10:30);
Mariner restaurant at Chimelong Spaceship Hotel (dinner 17:30-21:30)
5. This product already includes a 15% restaurant service fee; no additional payment is required.
6. Seats are limited and bookable availability depends on restaurant traffic. We recommend booking as early as possible.
7. The selected date and time slot are valid only on the day of use. Unused tickets will automatically expire and no refunds will be issued.
8. Please ensure your phone number is accessible and check if the ticket issuance SMS has been classified as spam or blocked by software. If you do not receive the SMS, please contact the supplier's customer support to resend it.
Important notes:
1. This product is not a forward-dated ticket, and the travel date you selected when booking will be the date of use.
2. If you arrive at the restaurant after the designated time, the meal voucher and admission ticket will be automatically invalidated.
3. Seating availability for dining-related admission tickets can only be checked after payment is completed. If the seats are fully booked after payment, we will notify you to cancel or reschedule. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
