• Where can I check the EID and IMEI2?
Method 1 (recommended): Open "Settings" - "General" - "About" - scroll to the bottom of the page (supports long press to copy)
Method 2: Dial *#06# (long press to copy is not supported)
• Usage Date = Activation Date
This eSIM requires advance activation by reservation. Please make sure your usage date is correct before purchasing. Refund requests due to the “usage date cannot be changed” policy will not be accepted.
• If you need to change the usage date (eSIM activation date):
- Postpone usage (new date > original date): Contact customer service to check if the change is possible.
- Early use (new date < original date): You must submit your request at least 24 hours in advance (e.g., to change from October 1 to September 30, you need to apply before 10:00 on September 29, Pacific Time GMT-7). Changes cannot be made for same-day activation. Except for the same day, modifications to other dates are usually successful.
• The phone number included with the eSIM is a temporary circulating number and may not be usable for registering apps like Uber that require phone number verification.
[Important] If you attempt to scan the QR code or manually enter the installation details before your scheduled activation date (start date), you will receive an "Invalid" error. Your eSIM can only be installed between your scheduled activation date and the end of your plan duration. Attempting to install it too early or after the expiration date will result in a failed installation.
■ T-Mobile Carrier Policy for Pre-Travel Installation:
If your activation date has arrived but you are still outside the US: You may install the eSIM, but you must keep the eSIM line turned OFF.
Warning: Enabling or turning on the eSIM line while outside the United States may cause the carrier to permanently deactivate your plan. If this happens, it cannot be restored.
When to turn it on: Please wait until you have officially landed and cleared customs in the US before turning your eSIM line ON.
■ For areas in the United States without T-Mobile's own network coverage (such as most parts of Alaska), an additional 200MB of AT&T roaming traffic is provided. Once the roaming traffic is exhausted, the internet connection will be cut off, but you can still receive calls, receive and send SMS. Once you return to an area with T-Mobile's own network coverage, the original package service will be automatically restored.
■ One-time installation only

■ Network Performance
Actual signal strength, network speed, and 4G/5G service availability may vary depending on your location, the local carrier's network coverage, your device compatibility, as well as environmental factors such as terrain, buildings, and weather conditions.
■ Disable Domestic SIM Card Roaming
Before using an eSIM, make sure to turn off data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges. You will be responsible for any related fees, including roaming charges, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase costs, and transportation expenses. No additional compensation will be provided.
■ Maintaining Fair Usage Policy
To maintain network quality and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies may throttle users who consume large amounts of data within a short period, leading to slower speeds or inability to connect. To ensure stable internet access, please avoid activities that consume excessive data, such as prolonged video streaming/downloading, software updates, or sharing your network (hotspot).
