Paragliding depends on real-time wind conditions at the site to determine if flights are possible. Around 11:00 am on the day of your trip, please inquire about the flight base and wind conditions. You may arrive early to wait (base business hours: 11:00-17:00) to take advantage of favorable wind conditions promptly (early check-in, early number assignment for flight order). Flights typically operate between 12:00-17:00. Alternatively, check wind conditions with us before departure to avoid unnecessary trips and wasted transportation costs.
Notes:
① Confirm the successful recording and completeness of the paragliding video on-site. After obtaining the video, leaving the itinerary will be considered as having no issues by default.
② Due to real-time changes in wind conditions, you may inquire with us multiple times about the current situation, allowing you to head over promptly when conditions improve. If no flight occurs on the day, the paragliding fee can be refunded or rescheduled free of charge, but self-arranged transportation costs will not be compensated. Please note.
Paragliding precautions:
1. Booking does not mean skipping the queue on-site. The queue and ticket collection situation varies and is subject to the actual on-site conditions at the base that day.
2. High-altitude/high-risk activities do not include insurance. Please purchase insurance separately. You will be responsible for any injuries without insurance.
3. Individuals aged 55 and above, under 8 years old, those with acrophobia, heart conditions, or similar medical conditions cannot participate in this high-risk activity.
4. The video provided by the paragliding company must be downloaded and saved on-site with them. No additional compensation will be given for any corrupted files or similar issues.
5. If paragliding cannot be conducted due to weather or other reasons, a refund can be obtained by selecting "mutually agreed refund," but no additional compensation will be provided. Vehicle booking fees are non-refundable if transportation services were reserved.
6. The 10-minute and 15-minute durations are approximate estimates. Actual playtime may vary due to wind conditions and other factors. No additional refunds will be provided for shorter playtime.
7. For any disputes with the paragliding company regarding product issues, please negotiate with the supplier on-site at the base and contact customer support immediately. Customer support will not be responsible for any complaints or compensation claims made after leaving the site!
8. The Timbis paragliding base requires an additional admission ticket (20k per person, 5k vehicle fee, subject to actual payment). This cost is borne by the customer and is non-refundable even if paragliding is unavailable.
9. When booking the paragliding activity, please be aware that there is a high probability of cancellations due to various weather conditions (such as excessive wind, insufficient wind, etc.). You may need to wait for half a day or even a full day, only to find the activity cannot proceed. Please be mentally prepared for such situations and refrain from requesting compensation for inability to participate or wasted time.
10. Paragliding may land on the beach, potentially wetting clothes and cameras, with no compensation provided.
11. We emphasize again that paragliding is a high-risk activity. Please purchase insurance on your own. For any disputes, please negotiate directly with the paragliding company.
12. If you have any questions about the service, please be sure to raise them on site. If no questions are raised on site, it will be deemed that you have no objections to the service. No new objections or appeals will be accepted after leaving the site.
