1. Ticket type description
Standard ticket: for visitors aged 14 and above
Child ticket: Available for minors aged 6–13 or those between 1.2m (inclusive) and 1.5m (exclusive) in height.
Free child ticket: Children under 6 years old (exclusive) or under 1.2m (exclusive) in height can travel for free. Please add free child tickets when booking online. If applying for free child tickets at the ticket counter on the second floor of Shekou cruise homeport, issuance will depend on seat availability for the scheduled flight. Each adult passenger can apply for a maximum of two free child tickets. Any additional children require child tickets.
2. According to the "Waterway passenger transport real-name verification management regulations", passengers must present valid identification documents that comply with laws, administrative regulations, and national requirements when purchasing tickets and boarding. The ferry ticket is valid only on the date of issue, and passengers must board according to the specified vessel name, voyage number, date, and seat indicated on their ticket.

Boarding gates open 1 hr before the scheduled departure time on the ticket and close 5 min prior to departure.

According to the "Waterway passenger transport real-name verification management regulations", passengers must present their original valid ID and cooperate with staff inspection on ships and passenger terminals implementing real-name verification. Otherwise, port staff have the right to deny boarding.
3. The port and carrier reserve the right to deny entry, ticket purchase, boarding, or order disembarkation for passengers who: refuse security checks; insist on carrying prohibited or restricted items; decline real-name verification of tickets; cause disturbances or disrupt public order at stations or onboard; or have severe infectious diseases, serious mental disorders, intoxication, or other conditions that may endanger vessel safety or the personal safety of other passengers and port staff.
4. Neither the port nor the carrier shall be liable for any losses caused by detention or delays due to force majeure factors resulting in voyage interruptions or delayed port arrivals.

Baggage notice: According to the domestic water transport regulations (Ministry of Transport Order No. 4 of 2020), items listed in the restricted carry-on/checked baggage catalog and prohibited items catalog that are forbidden as carry-on but allowed as checked baggage (or conditionally allowed) may be checked or disposed of by passengers. Temporary storage is also available where conditions permit. Violations involving carrying or checking dangerous goods, prohibited items, or controlled items will be reported to public security authorities for handling in accordance with the law if they constitute violations of public security management.
1. Zhuhai island routes
(1) Free carry-on conditions
Each passenger can carry free baggage with a total weight not exceeding 20 kg (half for children with free tickets), each piece not exceeding 0.2 m³ in volume or 1.5 m in length (2 m for pole-shaped items). Excess baggage requires a ticket. Generally, self-carried baggage should not exceed 50 kg or 0.3 m³ per passenger.
(2) Baggage fee standard: The weight of each piece of baggage is calculated in 10 kg units. Any weight less than 10 kg will be counted as one unit, with a charge of 10 CNY per unit. Baggage tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter on the second floor.
