1. This product can only be shipped globally (please place your order according to the destination country).

2. From Monday to Friday (working day), orders booked before 11:00 Taiwan time will be shipped via EMS on the same day, while orders booked after 11:00 will be shipped the next day. No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and other statutory holidays; orders will be shipped on the next working day.

3. When booking, please accurately fill in your name and gender to match your passport. Ticket redemption requires presenting your passport, and incorrect info will prevent redemption.

Cancellation instructions:

1. If not redeemed and cancellation is requested within 12 months after ticket issuance, a 10% cancellation processing fee will be deducted.

2. For tickets redeemed in Japan that are within their validity period but unused, refunds can only be processed at designated JR station counters in Japan. Please inquire with the station staff for specific refund counters and results, as the final outcome will be determined by the on-site processing.

3. To cancel, please provide complete photos of the tickets and photos after tearing them up. The platform will process the request based on verification results after receiving these.

Once redeemed and used, the ticket cannot be refunded.

5. The redemption voucher will not be reissued if lost. Please keep it properly.
