1. Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking.

2. The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.

3. The ticket issuance staff rest period is from 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM Beijing time. Urgent bookings are not accepted during this period, so advance booking is recommended. (VIP lounge tickets purchased after 8:00 AM will be issued immediately for normal use.)

4. After returning to work, we will normally confirm bookings made during the break period and issue tickets. If no longer needed, please cancel promptly before the booking is confirmed. Uncanceled bookings will proceed with ticket issuance by default and cannot be refunded.

5. The lounge is purchased with real names and cannot be refunded or changed after ticket issuance. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!
