How to activate
[Install eSIM]
Please click the “Install” button on the order page to try one-click installation. If the installation fails, follow the steps below:
1. Open the QR code attachment in your Trip.com app order, and print it in advance or save it to another device.
(For iOS 17 and above, and some Android devices, the QR code can be saved directly to your phone.)
2. Go to Settings Cellular (iOS) or SIM Management (Android).
3. While your phone is connected to the internet, tap “Add Cellular Plan” (iOS) or “Add SIM” (Android), then scan the QR code to install.
4. If you cannot scan the QR code, you can manually enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your order details.
5. If steps 3 or 4 fail, your phone may be carrier-locked (unable to use other network bands). Please contact your carrier to unlock your device before using the eSIM.
[Using eSIM]
1. Turn off your primary SIM and enable the eSIM network.
2. Enable Cellular Data (iOS) or SIM/Data Service (Android).
3. Turn on Data Roaming.
4. If you still cannot access the internet after the above settings, please configure the APN and restart your device (see below for details).
[About APN]
1. If you purchased an eSIM covering multiple countries/regions and cannot connect after arriving in a new location, please manually switch the APN (it usually switches automatically).
2. Path: Cellular Number Cellular Data Network, or Mobile Network Mobile Data Network, or Mobile Service Mobile Data Network
3. Enter APN: airtelwap.es
4. Restart your phone.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after activation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

To check your data usage after installing the eSIM, login Vodafone Spain Mi Vodafone APP or Dial *131# to view remaining data.

Check by dialling *#06#. If an EID is displayed, your device supports eSIM. If there is no EID, eSIM is not supported.
2.Device must be unlocked (not carrier-locked)
Check with your carrier to confirm whether your device is unlocked.
Please ensure your device meets all the above requirements before purchasing to guarantee proper eSIM usage.

The installation of eSIM requires internet. The eSIM you purchased is the type that can be installed in advance before departure, or the type that needs to be installed after arriving at the destination. Installing eSIM in a country/region other than the destination may cause the eSIM to become invalid or start calculating the usage duration in advance.

Please make sure the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.

For total volume-based eSIMs, the renewal will automatically activate after the first plan has been completely used up. You don't need to scan the code again for installation. Once the first plan is used up, refresh the network, wait a few minutes, and it will automatically renew for you.
For daily-based eSIMs: The renewal booking will automatically activate after the days covered by the first booking's package have used up. You don't need to scan the code again.
