1. Price & Description
- This visa is available for travelers from eligible visa-free countries, with stay periods varying by country (30–90 days). For the full list of eligible countries and their respective stay periods, please refer to the image in the product description and this document:
- The price includes Visa fee (Charged by the Korean Embassy) + Service fee + Tax
- The service includes: Visa Consultancy + Verification of applicant documents + Form filling + Application submission to embassy
2. Conditional Cancellation
While this service is generally non-refundable, a conditional refund may be granted under specific conditions as outlined below:
The operator will review your application after you make the booking.
- A 95% refund of the total payment will be issued if the operator determines that you are ineligible for the service, or if you withdraw before any documents are fully uploaded to the operator's system and no verification has been conducted.
- An 85% refund of the total payment applies if you cancel after the documents have been verified but before submission to the embassy or immigration authority. Please note that any additional services already processed by the operator (such as insurance, delivery, translation, or appointment booking fees) are non-refundable.
- Once the application has been submitted or is under decision, regardless of the outcome, the booking becomes non-refundable. While we ensure that all documents meet the required standards, the final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority.
- Please note that this service expires after 90 days if unredeemed. If you intend to apply for your visa at a later date within this period, please notify our Customer Service team beforehand. Services unredeemed beyond 90 days will become non-refundable
3. Required Documents
Korea Electronic Travel Authorization
Documents required:
- Passport
- Colored photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
*Note: In the process, you will be asked about your employment status, including company name and contact number of the company
4. Application Procedure
(1) Place your order and make the payment
(2) Prepare your documents—we will email you a checklist of the required items
(3) Email us scanned copies of all required documents
(4) We will verify your documents and provide feedback via email
(5) We will submit your application to the Korean Embassy
(6) Once complete, we will send you the soft copy of your granted Indonesia visa via email
5. Service Hours and Time Zone
SPUN operational hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Western Indonesia Time / WIB, UTC+7).
Please note that response time and document review are conducted during operational hours only. For urgent visa applications, we strongly recommend avoiding submissions close to weekends or public holidays to prevent delays that may affect your travel schedule.
