Details: You will experience the truffle's intense flavor and taste while discovering the ways to find it among the regions of Italy where they generally grow. You will discover the "qualities" of this unique ingredient. Sara is excited to find out how to best use the truffle and how to prepare incredible dishes. The menu changes daily according to the offer of the market. Risotto or lasagna, lightweight hand-made gnocchi with truffle and braised meats whose intense flavor of truffles will melt on your taste buds. Risotto, tagliatelle, ravioli ... meats and vegetables all infused with the unmistakable aroma of the king of the kitchen. You will learn how to associate the truffle with wine, and also how to distinguish a "fake" product from an authentic one. The truffle is found throughout the year so the recipes will vary according to the season in which the course takes place.
