1. The price only includes the bus ticket fee.

The departure point is only from Shinjuku Area in Tokyo, with arrival points at Fujisan Station, Kawaguchiko Station, and Fuji-Q Highland. Please inform customer support when placing your order.

3. Do not exit the vehicle while it is in motion.

4. Please arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. If you miss the train due to your own reasons after successful ticket issuance, our company will not be held responsible.

Seats will be randomly assigned at the time of ticketing and cannot be specified by guests. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Hand baggage allowance:

1) Leaving luggage in the aisle inconveniences other passengers and hinders evacuation during emergencies. Please store your luggage in the bus luggage compartment or overhead racks. Large carry-on items like travel bags or suitcases should be placed in the undercarriage luggage compartment. If you need assistance with luggage storage, please contact the attendant.

2) Cash, precious metals, gemstones, securities, art antiques, musical instruments, and other valuables, as well as fragile items such as laptops, watches, cameras, and glassware that are susceptible to damage from vibration, must not be stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment. We recommend carrying these items with you and managing them personally. Please note that our company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of such items.

3. Baggage restrictions:

1) The flight attendant will provide you with a baggage tag. The maximum size for carry-on baggage is length + width + height = 155 cm.

2) The weight limit for luggage is what one person can reasonably carry. Each guest can only store 1 piece of luggage in the trunk.

3) If baggage damage occurs due to overweight luggage, our company will not compensate for the loss.

4) Due to differences in vehicle construction, especially for passengers with oversized luggage, please consult customer support.

5) Additionally, the following items that may inconvenience other guests are prohibited, such as musical instruments, animals, folding bicycles, skiing equipment, golf equipment, bows and arrows, etc.
