We meet our Chef and his team and all together we prepare the traditional tzatziki learning all the little secrets for an extraordinary result.
Then we have a short break for the time-honored greek coffee and homemade cookies.
Our experience “takes off” by preparing the well-known “ntolmadakia gialantzi” (known also as dolma ghialantzee), with active participation during the preparation and at the end we taste our achievement all together like old friends do!
The new skills and tastes enrich our gastronomical repertoire and the recipes that we cooked are the key in order to revive the same experience back home.
